After your initial consultation where we will discuss your health and physical condition, as well as your long term goals. I’ll be able to compose a detailed fitness program and advice on your eating habits. We can then work on the number of hours that we need to spend on required body areas. With this plan you’ll be able to  do your exercises effectively, on your own or with a personal trainer.
